About Us

Hi! I’m Lisa and I’m the owner of Milk and Wildrose. I am a stay at home mom to 3 little boys (Jack, Milo & Henry) and I have been breastfeeding for the past 6 years! It has been a whirlwind breastfeeding these 3 boys, each of them a different journey. 
My first, I breastfed until he was 19 months and we weaned because I had the worst nursing aversion from my pregnancy with my second. 
My second, I also had to wean from nursing aversion due to pregnancy and we weaned at 23 months (so close to 2 years!). 
I’m currently still going strong with my 16 month old and my goal is at least the 2 year mark. 

I love everything about breastfeeding (the good & the bad). It’s been journey with all my boys and I truly believe that all breastfeeding journeys should be celebrated and honoured. This is why I have started Milk and Wildrose. 
Whether you breastfed for a couple of days, a couple of weeks or several years, if you exclusively breastfed, or combo fed or exclusively pumped, it was your journey and YOU deserve to be honoured and celebrated for those milestones.
